Refund & Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made on the Divine Syncserv website (https://divinesyncserv.in/) operated by DIVINE SYNCSERV PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U70200GJ2024PTC152909).

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
• The product must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
• The product must not have been installed, activated, or used.
• A valid reason must be provided (defective product, wrong item received, or damaged in transit).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened, used, or physically damaged by the customer.
• Software, digital downloads, or products with broken seals.
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Products purchased during special sales or at discounted prices (unless defective).
• Consumables such as ink cartridges, cables (if opened and used).

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email within 2 business days.
• If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the customer's bank account.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@divinesyncserv.com with photos/videos of the damage.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
• Do not discard the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please:

3. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with instructions.
4. Do NOT send items back without prior authorization from our team.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us immediately.
• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
• For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, full refund is issued within 5–7 business days.
