Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver electronics products across all states and union territories of India. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order placement.

2. Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges are subject to change. The applicable charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Ahmedabad city: 1–2 business days
• Gujarat (other cities): 2–4 business days
• Other states (metro cities): 3–5 business days
• Remote / rural areas: 5–8 business days

Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order using the tracking link provided by our courier partner.

6. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Fragile electronics items are packed with bubble wrap and protective materials. We use tamper-evident packaging to prevent pilferage.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

• Take photos/video of the damaged package before opening.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@divinesyncserv.com.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

8. Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply. For prepaid orders, refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges.
